Parent Board Meeting - Thurs. 9/10 - 6:15pm - C102
Waffle Dog - A football fan favorite!
Levy (the Purdue concessions management company) requires that each worker (whether a student, parent, or guardian, and regardless of whether you have worked for Levy concessions in the past) complete the online training as soon as possible. All students are required to work a minimum of 2 shifts. Families with multiple children will do 2, plus 1 additional shift per child (Ex. A family with 2 team members will need to fulfill 3 concession shifts). Additional concession stand shifts will be available later this year. However, if all 7 football games are staffed appropriately, HBR receives a bonus.
Students turning 16 soon are encouraged to complete the training now so that they are prepared to work a shift after their 16th birthday. If the student is under the age of 16, a parent/guardian, an older sibling, or a friend may work in their place (following the appropriate training).
If a student is unable to work a shift due to physical reasons, they are responsible for finding someone to work on their behalf. Please communicate this arrangement with Edith Tseng, and the Lead Mentor before the shift is worked. Shifts are to be completed before the build season begins, January 9, 2027, to be eligible for traveling with the team.
NOTE: To properly complete the process, it is recommended to use a PC or Mac and not a mobile device. The training and document signing process will not work on a mobile device.
Edith will email essential details regarding your shift before the game. This information includes when and where to arrive.
This year, we will need to wear the same shirt.
